As a passionate of sound healing and meditation, I reserve the autumn and winter seasons to offer unique private sound healing sessions in my studio in Allschwil, next to the forest.

By nature, the energy of this seasons invites us to introspection, stillness, and contemplation. However, society is driven by a constant sensation of rush. In my studio, you will find a space of silence, calm and reconnection. In this sessions you lay comfortably on a matt and simply relax into the sounds of crystal singing bowls, frosted quartz bowls, cello and my voice. ​Your body and mind naturally align with the vibration of this instruments, allowing your system to rest and restore itself.
