Spiritual Bach

“The audience at the Hof experienced a bridge between East and West, meditation and mysticism, composition and improvisation. The way this spiritually inclined artist interwove the different elements into a single unity was a fascinating and holistic experience for both the senses and the ears.”

Die OberBadische

Spiritual Bach is a contemplative concert experience featuring Bach’s Cello Suites, Sanskrit mantra singing, improvisation, and original compositions by Alfredo Ferre. Conceived as a seamless inner journey, the performance takes place in a context of deep listening, presence, and stillness, with music as a vehicle for reflection and connection. A distinctive artistic project for presenters seeking original, immersive concert programmes.

“…His Bach flows naturally, flexibly, from within himself, with absolute ease, as if technical difficulties did not exist; without vanity, without artifice, and without romantic excess.”

— Schwarzwälder Bote

Improvisation functions as real-time musical material shaped in relation to the performance context.

It creates a direct musical situation, not bound by fixed structure or form, unfolding in relation to the space in which it is performed.

The combination of written music and improvisation places fixed structures alongside more open, context-dependent material.

Technical Sheet

This concert is completely acoustic and does not require amplification.

It favors venues with historical depth, spiritual resonance, or natural surroundings.
